As lead product designer, I helped take the idea from concept to a working MVP in just 77 days, driving collaboration across a rapidly growing, distributed team.

Process
Challenge and Approach
Zendesk’s Strategic Admins needed a simpler way to automate workflows without extra engineering or third-party tools. As lead product designer, I kicked off the project and used a “scaffolding” approach to quickly map out the core experience, align the growing team, and set a clear foundation—all under a tight 77-day timeline.
Teamwork and Execution
The team grew rapidly from 3 to over 40 members. As a fully remote group, I established twice-weekly design–engineering syncs and encouraged async feedback and clear ownership, keeping everyone coordinated as we moved from concept to working MVP.Ensuring Seamless Navigation
A major focus was on ensuring seamless navigation throughout the website. I designed intuitive navigation paths and incorporated advanced search filters, making it easy for users to find relevant information and book their trips without any hassle.

We launched the MVP in just 77 days, welcomed over 150 customers in the Early Access Program, and set the stage for a new product line within Zendesk.
